Crosby tallied 12 points in his comeback, but was held out of the last 2 games, as a precautionary measure.
Crosby felt lightheaded during workouts over the weekend, and says there is no timetable for his return.
The 24-year old MVP called the setback frustrating, but stressed it was important to be safe.
