NFL Week 16 – Thursday Preview

Season Record: 151-69
Season Against the Spread: 93-79

Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts (Spread: Houston -6.5)

Coming off their first win of the season, the Colts will be looking to prove that their win was no fluke as they face the Texans and their top ranked defense.  The Texans have clinched their division, and will sit WR Andre Johnson who’s struggled with injuries.  The Colts may be able to win this game, but last game was a fluke.  RB Donald Brown is most definitely not going to break an 80 yard touchdown run again unless Houston plays its backups, which it won’t against its biggest rival.

Fantasy Tip: Most of the Colts should not be started, but you can get away with starting WR Wayne as your last receiver if you’re desperate.  Start Texans RBs Foster and Tate, who should get lots of carries, and Texans defense.

Pick: Texans to win and cover.
